Grab a few unused toys from around the house and tools you can use to take them apart. Feel free to gather your favorite crafting supplies, as well. Disassemble the toys and reassemble them in a new way (with added craft supplies), perhaps to make a visual pun. Share out your work on your favorite social network. If you love this, try to start a chain of toy hacks, remixes of your work, or even a kitchen-table or virtual toy hacking workshop with friends. If you’d like to take this idea further, try it with electronic or mechanical toys and try to “circuit-bend” or otherwise change the toys to do new things.
